Day 4 ......
Today is day 4 of health lifestyle. 2km jog + 3 sets of 20 situps + 2 sets of 5 pull ups + 1.6km jog . It this the max i can go , hopefully not . This is just a begining only and i feel like giving up on the second day , cos maybe is too long never do heavy (siong) exercises liao, got 3 years+ never engage in tough training since army time. After that down-graded liao , no need take IPPT then more jiat lat , slack and keng in army. Every sat healthy lifestyle in army, i am walking and not running cos i chao keng ( excuse from running becos of pes status) , lol. It good to exercise cos really keep u healthy , refresh and away from lots of sickness and illness. Dun give so much excuses like veri busy, no time or lazy , bla bla bla. It time for those who have not been exercising regularly to do something abt it , haha. Just spent 1 hour daily , and 3 times a week to keep yourself fit okie ?? Just now check my weight, got 71kg , think i gain a bit of weight which i wanted , my ideal weight is abt 75kg cos i quite thin. Before that i think abt 68 or 69kg , think my elder bro has been taking veri good care of me , haha . Buying me lunch everyday without fail. I am really a spolit and pampered child , haiz. Today mood quite good , just now went to play CS with mark , leong and david (new hsemate in leong hse). Anyway , Thanks leong for his GPS and time, and mark for his accompany for helping me to something GREAT and meaningful just now. ok , stop here liao , tata .
