Health Issues

1) My back is giving me problems , backaches , dunno izzit sleep too much or old injuries i get during poly times.

2) Injure my left knee cap 3 weeks ago during a soccer match , still hurt when i squat or when i walk up staircases, dunno when will recover, went to play soccer today somemore , haha , but with knee support band ,sianz.

3) Feel tired and sick this few days , it like the food i eat cannot digest well and it liked want to fall sick, on and off.

Age is catching up ?? haha. Sleep a lot this few days, yawn. Mood Swing this few days also. Update again ...tata.
